6. Cancellation and Replacement Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us at a1organics2018@gmail.com. Beyond this time, cancellation isn’t possible.

Replacement: We offer a replacement policy only. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, provide video proof showing the outside and inside of the package, clearly stating the issue. Email this to a1organics2018@gmail.com. Once verified, a full replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 48 hours.

Items must be unused and in original packaging for replacement eligibility. We do not offer refunds.
